Refund Policy

Stellar takes great pride in organizing the highest quality experiences with the best operators around the globe. In order for us to make these trips a reality we must pre pay for lodging, food and guiding services, as well as private helicopters in remote locations. For this reason we are unable to provide cash refunds.
For this reason we highly recommend travel insurance. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances we offer our guests a 50% roll over credit for any unused heli time for a duration of 12 months.
There are no refunds for any reason, included but not limited to poor fitness, illness, injury, travel delays or cancellations. Stellar retains the rights to refuse service to anyone without compensation for disrupting operations.
